SVA Player Programs Sign-Ups

All Seattle Volleyball Academy players/parents must complete the athletic waivers, concussion form, and player profile

Here you will find the programs to sign-up for and reserve your spot in these programs

SPEED, AGILITY and STRENGTH TRAINING For HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES 14-18 Year Olds

SVA, WFA & WBA Group Training with Athletic Trainer La'auli Fonoti for High School Players 14 to 18 year olds.
- Wednesdays & Fridays
 at Go Time Athletics Georgetown

4:00pm - 5:00pm. SIGN UP HERE
5:00pm - 6:00pm. SIGN UP HERE
6:00pm - 7:00pm. SIGN UP HERE
7:00pm - 8:00pm. SIGN UP HERE

- First 15 players per session to sign -up will have a spot..
- Cost is $350 for 8 sessions, each player paid in advance to Go Time Athletics.

This training focuses on quick twitch muscle training, core strength and balance.

We want our players to become better athletes by increasing speed, agility and strength.

Some of the players have experienced his training and we want to bring it to all of our high school athletes.

This is a serious program for serious athletes.

Only register if you are committed to come to all of the sessions, Coach Fonoti only wants athletes who are positive and serious about becoming a better athlete through hard work.
