Girls U15 and U16 Players 

This try-out is for the remaining positions on our:

U-15 Development Team and our U16 National Team.

Seattle Volleyball Academy Tryout Fee

$25.00 plus tax.

Fee is non-refundable ​​​​​​

Tryout Date: Sunday, November 19th, 2023

U15 - U16 Player Check-In: 12:00pm - 12:30pm

Tryouts: 12:30pm - 3:00pm​

U15 Development - Looking at all positions

    - 1 practice a week, December - March

       Practice - Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm

                          at Go Time Athletics West Seattle

    - 1 Scrimmage a month 

​

U16 - National - 2 open spots, looking for a setter and a middle blocker

  - 2 practices a week, November - June

       Practice - Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm - 9:30pm

                          at Go Time Athletics West Seattle

   - 2 Tournaments a month

*All interested players must complete the following steps prior to participating in any form of tryouts, practice, or competition.​

1. All participants must have purchased a tryout membership through the Puget Sound Region/USAV to attend tryouts. Register for USAV here

2. Please review the USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definition Chart before registering for tryouts..

3. Fill out and submit the Online Registration.

4. Sign and date the online WAA/GTA Athletic Waiver

5. Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV Medical Authorization Form and turn it in at Tryouts.

6. Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV/PSRV Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form and turn it in at Tryouts.
