2:00am Check-In

2:30pm - 5:00pm Tryouts

*PSR Letter of Commitment waiting period for all ages & genders is now 48 hours

All interested players must complete the following steps prior to participating in any form of tryouts, practice, or competition.

Please Read Before Registering:

Review the USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definition Chart to find your league age.

Be sure your USAV membership is current. All participants (players, coaches, administrators, etc.) must have a current USAV membership to attend tryouts. Players with a 2022-23 USAV Junior Player membership may try out in July - that membership does not expire until August 31, 2023. If a player does not have a current membership, they must purchase a 2023-24 Tryout Membership from the Puget Sound Region starting on July 1. You will show proof of membership at Tryouts.

Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV Medical Authorization Form located here. You will bring this form to Tryouts.

Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV/PSRV Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form located here. You will bring this form to Tryouts.

Come on time! Check in is at 10am for U15-U17 Girls and 2pm for U14 & Under Boys

Bring a signed hard copy of your USAV/PSRV Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form

TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR SEATTLE VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY TRYOUTS:

Please read through all steps before proceeding with the registration process.

When registering for the first time, it may be helpful to have the following information handy – doctor information, health insurance information, and Emergency Contact information.

All families will create an account in Playbook. This account will be used every time you register a member of your family. You are also able to register multiple players (for the same or different sports) using the same account.

Click on the appropriate link according to your player’s league age. Fill out your account information and complete the registration form for your player. If a question does not apply, please use N/A. Be sure to sign the four online waivers and pay the non-refundable $25.00 tryout fee.

You will receive an email from sva@washingtonathleticacademy.com when your registration is received.
